@Sarah Lindau , how may I assist?
🗣️❓ How can you improve your way of asking for help instead of using emotions?
Leila Hormozi's video addresses how people often use emotions to influence others' behavior because they lack the skill of clear communication. Understanding this, we can see that instead of displaying emotions like anger or sadness to get reactions, we should learn to articulate our needs directly. Hormozi emphasizes recognizing these behaviors and teaching others (and ourselves) to use words effectively for better communication. Share your answer to this question in 25 to 100 words in the comments. Then, engage by replying to 2 comments and liking 3 insightful ones from your peers. Accountability ⚖️ = Expectations 📊 + Measurement 📏 × Reinforcement 🔄
Accountability isn't just a buzzword; it's a formula for success. As Leila Hormozi states, “you give instructions and then measure those expectations, but feedback is the multiplier.” Are you clear on your expectations? Do you know how to measure them? Do you provide enough reinforcement to keep things on track? Setting expectations is just the start. Measuring those expectations? And the real secret? It's the reinforcement—your feedback—that drives it all forward.

Not sure if the word reinforcement is optimal

It's a tough one. Reinforcement makes sense but just seems incomplete in many situations. Perhaps: Reinforcement + Effort or Reinforcement + Determination or Reinforcement + Commitment ? Have to stew on it more. It's cool though. I like it...
🏆 How can staying focused on your goals affect your confidence and business growth?
Leila Hormozi's experience in bikini competitions showcased the importance of persistence and alignment towards one's goals. Her clarity and dedication in competing taught her that confidence grows through the process and from who she became, not just from winning. Think about how remaining committed to your business goals, despite challenges, can build your confidence and drive success. Share your thoughts and strategies for remaining focused on your goals in the comments below. Keep it between 25 to 100 words.
