The Lab is changing my life!
In 4 weeks of group coaching, I’ve gone from, “I hate to exercise,” to, “you are discovering how good it feels to move.” I now WANT to be more physically active and do add more activity to most days.
Once I decided to be more active, the motivation came!
Cicilia listens deeply, is brilliantly insightful, and endlessly encouraging. I absolutely recommend her coaching! it’s so worth it!
