Comeback is aptly named. Most people over 40 have some problems with movement, whether they know it or not. Rodrigo has a talent for finding our deficits and addressing them gently but firmly, gradually but definitely. Some things will happen almost immediately, others take more time. "Don't Rush!" is his constant reminder. My shoulders, painful for several years, are now pain free with much more range of motion. My midsection is transformed to a firmness I can't remember. Try it!
