Suggestions?
Any ideas? I created a simple short video of my character (dog) talking, problem is she never blinks. I used galaxy.ai and used the tool below. Can anyone suggest a different tool where I can upload her voice and image and get a talking video but with blinking eyes?

Anyone interested in generating income from your AI Skills?
AI Directing and Producing is a money making skill. And in the past... @Richard Duszczak asked how much would I charge for animating. Business Skills help you make even more money if you know your customer, and your competition. Case in point: I just got offered $300 usd to create a YouTube video promoting a tool that apparently helps create animations with a beautiful pipeline that allows you to create storyboard panels, then put your scenes together. I instead offered a counter offer with massive value, and now, they are willing to pay 10X+ more than what they originally mentioned. I ofered a package for $3,200, and they agreed. Now, I am still not 100% sure if I am going to help them launch this new AI Platform because I first need to use it and have to love it to recommend it to my students. But in general, I would like to know if anyone is interested in learning business to charge more for your work, and positioning your offer in a way that the prospect customer gets excited to pay more.

I would love to hire someone to make my book marketing animations but I can't afford it so I have to learn :).

@Mark Diaz 100% if I could afford it I would gladly hire someone to do this....I am getting nowhere fast with it so yes it would be worth it to me to outsource :)...that is the dream anyways :).
For anyone who attended this last Live Class today
Tell me, if you could kindly tell me 1. From 1 to 10, how confident did you feel you could be in succeeding in YouTube (meaning getting tons of views and building an audience)? 2. After the techniques I taught, how confident do you feel now from 1 to 10? 3. Why? I am interested, this is feedback for me for the process I want to teach in the YouTube Growth Course @Princess Nwanwigwe @Cathy Ferguson @Arlene Dilworth @Mb Stevens @JoyGenea Schumer @Helene J @Thomas Jennings @G. I am at a 1 right now. I am very new to all of this and am working towards marketing my kids book series. So my YT channel I am thinking will be a bit of everything but one focus will be flip books with my character reading them. I want the dog Bella to be in the video reading the story to the kids as the pages flip over. Not sure how I will do that but I also want to use animation to create promotional videos for social media to advertise it using Bella. So what i am doing vs. what others are doing is quite different. I have not created or even attempted to create anything yet since I just don't know where to start with all of this. I am sure something will click for me eventually and will find a path to what I need to do. I can't seem to bring all the information into something I feel I could make an attempt yet.
WTH is this?
I did my first text to voice generator in galaxy. Just inputted the first paragraph from my kids good. It was very short, nothing crazy. I picked the little girl voice and this is what it generated. Any ideas of what went wrong? @Mark Diaz

@Mark Diaz That one was done in galaxy using V3 but then I went to elevenlabs and picked a different voice and it generates 2 voices at a time and one was fine and the other one this same thing happened. Never seen this happen to anyone before. It wasted credits too.

Exciting Update: Module 3 - Background Consistency is Coming!
Hey everyone! I just finished recording a breakthrough tutorial that I'm SO pumped to share with you. I've been deep in the trenches working on an action scene for the masterclass, and I realized this topic deserves its own dedicated module. Why? Because creating consistent backgrounds across multiple shots is one of the biggest challenges in AI animation, and I've cracked the code. In this tutorial, you'll learn: - How to seamlessly connect multiple AI-generated backgrounds in a single scene - My workflow for adding elements (doors, computers, props) to existing backgrounds using AI instead of 3D software - The photoshop masking technique I use to blend different backgrounds together perfectly - How to create animated transitions (like doors opening) that reveal new environments - Why understanding perspective is crucial for background consistency (and how to use perspective lines to fix alignment issues) - My screenshot and iteration process for achieving the exact camera angles you need The best part? Once you master this workflow, you can keep connecting scene after scene, creating complex action sequences with perfect visual continuity. This is going way deeper than anything I've covered before. Can't wait to get this into your hands! Drop a comment if you're excited about this, I want to hear what you think! If you are on the AI Animation Masterclass, send me a DM, and I can share my PSD File (that you can open in any PSD editor, including Photopea for free )

I have dreamed of publishing a kids short story book series for about 7 years and I will be releasing them in April 2026. Need to learn a lot now :).
