Still Dzine lip sync frustration!
I just don't understand. I pretty much have to use Dzine for multi-person lip sync. But why, why, why does it mess around with the rest of the video? I have a simple outdoor image (still frame) with two people having a conversation. Their car is parked some distance away, well in the background. Yet EVERY time I lip sync this couple their parked car drives itself randomly around backing up, moving forward, turning, all randomly. WHY???!!!

@Michel Diamantis I have not tried that. I have only basic competence with such programs.

@Simona Adelina Simona - Thank you for all of that. I suspect that the green-screen approach will be a good, if a bit complex, solution when the character is isolated against the background, with no objects in front of the character partially obscuring it. So I will keep that in mind, and thank you. And I don't mind even welcome, Dzine putting in body motions that agree with the words. But why would it change a cat to a dog, or make a parked car suddenly start randomly driving around? I think the real fix will be for Dzine to focus on the character(s) being lip-synced, and leave everything else alone.
From CTA5 to PAI
Two years ago, I started a mini cartoon with two of my grandchildren, originally planned for CTA5. The characters were based on the excellent work of Garry Pye. Unfortunately, the project never got past the animatic stage. I just picked it back up with PAI in a single afternoon.

Very cute! I especially liked the wolf voice. Reallusion must be sweating.
"Cat Trick" is the video I've been working on here; Done!
I know that few or none of you want to watch a 14-minute amateur video, but in case anyone does, here is the project I've been working on since this class began. It has lots of flaws. ElevenLabs and other text-to-voice apps refuse to make realistic children's voices, so my child's voice is weird. Faces are not consistent, for a frustrating reason: OpenArt generally does an excellent job of consistent characters, and then Dzine lip sync trashes it (and other things!). Lip sync changed my main character's face many times. In one case, Dzine lip sync put a sports insignia on clothes worn by a character. WHY??? But overall I'm pretty happy with this. Some of the scene changes are too abrupt, and some of the dialog is over the top. Still, not too bad for my first large AI video project.

@Andy Dench Thank you!
No more Galaxy free credits?
I've taken advantage of the free daily credits from Galaxy just for checking in since I joined. But today for the first time that option did not appear. I wonder if this is a glitch, or just me, or if they have discontinued it. That was a fantastic way to double monthly credits!

@Duane McNulty I logged onto Magica from my iPad but did not see the old calendar that you show just the new task-based rewards.

Those of you who claimed these credits probably know by now that this was actually a stolen link that was illegally disseminated to a huge number of innocent users (like us) who had no idea that the link was stolen. Those credits have been clawed back by OpenArt. Oh well. If it's too good to be true...

Just to be clear, I'm sure that Asma was as much a victim as those she messaged. My understanding is that this link spread like wildfire, and OpenArt lost several million dollars of credits burned and charged to them before they put a stop to it.
