Going inwards to integrate magic 😌
The last few days felt like going inwards and really sitting with a few things after a few magical days. Sitting with what feels alive. Sitting with what feels nourishing. Sitting with discomfort and uncertainty. Sometimes magic needs time to integrate. PAWSING with Pax. And he is such a blessing to be with. My familiar that gets me more than words can honour. 🥹💛🙏 How are you all travelling? Anyone else in a rhythm of integration? Here is Pax giving you his favourite toy. When he feels the energy needs some lightness, he will bring you a gift. Or sometimes it’s to show off and he is on parade. 😂

@Marcia Davey thanks for sharing, I love the way you articulated asking for help, and expressed how you have been feeling. Lois has such a strong look, empathy too. She’s focused on you. She’s in tune with you. I love that for you. 💕
💛 A little PAWS community update
Hi everyone, First of all, a very warm welcome to our new members! @Sarah Givens , @Idoia Sualde , @Denise Bee , @Alexander Leyshon , @Terri M , @Jo Morgan , @Kyla Ramos , @Brittany Diserens and @Cara Leyshon @Evelyn Butcher It’s lovely to have you here. 🥰 I’ve attached our PAWS poster and Glimmer poster to this post as a little introduction to what we practise here and what this community is all about. ✨And for everyone, a few updates as PAWS continues to grow and evolve ✨ - @Sifu Aron is now an Admin here. We are growing as a community and I'm beyond grateful that he is helping me tend to our lovely space. He’ll be helping me behind the scenes and around the community, so you may see him popping up a little more often. Thank you, Aron! 💛 - Our Community Meetings will now be held once a month, on the first Wednesday of every month. I want these gatherings to feel meaningful and worth showing up for. Moving to monthly meetings gives me more time to prepare something special for each one, whether that’s a meditation, a little lecture, an experience or something for us to explore together. - I’ve also recorded a new meditation called "Coming Home". This one feels particularly special to me. I created it as a cornerstone experience for PAWS, something that captures what this practice and community are really about. You can listen to it here: https://www.loom.com/share/767d2b0ec20e4d64b6dfc542b868aad1 - And finally, I’m still redesigning the Classroom. I’m taking my time to rethink how everything fits together and how I can make PAWS simpler, clearer and easier to practise in everyday life.

Thanks for the update @Birdy O'Sheedy and thanks for being around too, @Sifu Aron. What a great community to be part of. I am so glad to be reminded how magical my dogs are. I love it when everyone posts their dogs and glimmers! I recently had one of my regular breaks from screen time. I do try, but I just don’t feel like my brain can process and reply to lots of conversations. My AuADHD just falls into rabbit holes and research - for days…… So……even if I am quiet, I’m good - lurking around and reading, absorbing the vibe. I don’t often want to comment - if I just read everyone’s response, listen to the recorded calls, the information will be clearer and my focus is good. Having periods of comfortable silence is re-charging for me, holding a peaceful space where I am breathing deeply, stretched out or curled up. And the dogs will synchronise with me. A quiet atmosphere - then it’s a bit easier to slow down and really appreciate a meditation. My dogs have been so good since my surgery, they ground me when I get anxious about my physical recovery. They become so affectionate when I am agitated - their eyes just calm, warm and brown. The shadow of an eyelash, the sleepy yawn. Goose’s paw on my arm, the concerned wrinkles on Papaya’s face as she checks I am okay. Even the cat hangs out on the bed. Some interspecies co-regulation!
In the dark
With another migraine today I have spent in my room with my black curtains down in bed with my two girls at my side. . I am havig frequent migraines, leg cramps, and frequent peeing. Thank God all this is temporary. I have one %@#$%& I had to send Hubby for a large jar of pickles to drink juice to stop cramps yesterday. As long as there are no gaint carrots talking to me I am good. My girls have been my champs lying by my side all day only getting up to go outside or eat. They have been sleeping with me, giving little nuge, or a kiss 💋. As if to say we got you Mom. We know you can do this. My girls are awesome.🌻💕💗🌞

@Windy Williamson I hope you get some relief and rest. It can be tough recovering from that. It’s great that your pups are helping you!! And wow a hubby who can deliver pickles when you need them 😁😍
