I am amazed by how much my life has been affected by my ADHD... My behavior(s), my impulsive decision making, my creative problem solving, my perceptiveness, my procrastination, my chronic tardiness, my intelligence..I could go on..Having this awareness was an important first step. This program has provided me with understanding, direction, new insights, structure and many resources to enable me to make the changes needed in my life to become a healthier, happier and more fulfilled individual.
