@MÊlanie DesChâtelets it's normally in the morning and I do wall push ups, band stretches, squats. 10 of each. If time permits I do 2 sets Lately it's more incidental. For example I'll do two exercises waiting for the kettle to boil or food to heat up. Or a wall sit waiting for my kid in the toilet....she can take awhile.
