Steal, steal, and steal πŸ₯·πŸΌ
See something that's working? Just copy it. No shame in it, everyone does it all the time. Chances are you can't come up with great youtube title ideas on your own - I know I can't. There's the occasional lucky break of course with a title or thumbnail that I came up with actually working... (see the first screenshot - don't ask why it's so weird, it's what made it work so well) But about stealing titles, check the second image - Iman Gadhzi just copied Alex Hormozi's title... And Alex Hormozi copied his own title 2x as well. And Simon Squibb (third image) copied Iman Gadzhi's title. People do it all. the. time. ⚠️ But how do you know which titles are good enough to copy? ⚠️ Find out here

Love this model what works instead of reinventing the wheel Titles are half the battle on YouTube. Definitely going to study winning patterns and adapt them to my niche
The YouTube Kickstart Challenge πŸš€
Heya! I’m thinking about creating and running a 7-Day YouTube Kickstart Challenge β€” walking you through how to create & start or re-activate your YouTube channel from scratch! I would be doing this challenge myself alongside you as well :) Here’s the rough idea: - Kickoff: Creating your channel, how to get amazing video ideas, and creating your first professional YouTube video from A-Z - Daily Accountability, Simple check-ins to keep the momentum going - You'll build trust with your audience, generate new leads, and convert - all at the same time! Additionally I'm also thinking of adding a giveaway/reward for those who successfully complete the challenge πŸ‘€ Before I finalize it, I want to check interest and gather your ideas. Who’s in? πŸ™Œ If you’re in… what would you like to see included? If you’re not in… what’s holding you back? What would you need instead? Any feedback helps me shape this into something genuinely valuable FOR YOU :)

Awesome breakdown super inspiring to see real results like this 240 paid members is incredible. Definitely taking notes and excited to apply this to my own YouTube + Skool growth!
I'm so grateful I joined the community (YouTube with Ben)
I'm actually having fun since yesterday by doing YouTube work, when it was such a grind up till now, and I love how I don't have to think about what to do each day because you've done it for me. I'm so excited! https://www.skool.com/ben/about Thank you so much, Ben.

So glad I joined the YouTube with Ben community it’s already changed everything for me. I’m actually having fun with my YouTube work now instead of feeling stuck, and having a clear daily plan is a game changer. Thank you so much, Ben really excited for what’s ahead!
YouTube Shorts Experiment Update πŸ”₯
Finally, profit! :) Start: 49 days ago with a pre-monetized channel from my last experiment where I grew the channel to 1k subscribers within 21 days. Expenses last 49 days: $1,231 USD including editing + performance bonuses (only outsourcing to 1 editor) Revenue last 49 days: $2,479 Profit as of today: $1,248 The first 47 days I was losing money consistently - now I reached the break-even point, and moving forward the channel is just going to be come more and more profitable (assuming videos keep regularly blowing up) This (sadly) is still absolutely irrelevant in terms of learnings that can be applied to business/educational channels. So do I recommend this? Not really. It's basically a whole different business model from what we usually do in this group :)

Nice work breaking even after 47 days and hitting profit is a big milestone. Even if the model doesn’t translate to educational/business niches, the data and discipline you applied still say a lot. Congrats on getting it into the green!
