Mindset is described in terms of: - the beliefs we hold - the attitudes we bring to a task - qualities like confidence, resilience, and persistence And where could THAT possibly be more relevant... than in acting? What makes mindset especially important for actors is that those internal qualities don’t stay internal-they show up immediately and visibly in the work.
