The Bare Minumum - 10.1.25
This is considered to be a bare minimum commitment to your mobility and longevity. This is mine. Establish yours. Make it sacred. Enjoy it. I like to add a couple maximal tensions in there for strength gains.

There’s a level of DOMs I expect from training and then there is the kind of soreness that is my body telling me I went too hard. Especially training Jiu Jitsu straining really hard to get out of a bad position. The center of my back gets really tight and stiff. In the morning I try to do some light cable crunches to loosen up my back by engaging my abs. Anything else you would recommend?
