When you have an over abundance of eggs or they are going bad look at your recipes and see how many eggs it takes for each recipe. For example my brownie recipe calls for 4 eggs. Crack the eggs, freeze them ( can use ice cube trays if you want) and put them in a baggie (vacuumed sealed last longer). All you will need to do is unthaw the eggs for your recipes.

Even though Vivian birthday was March 3rd she chose to have her birthday plans tomorrow. She asked for strawberry cake with chocolate icing, Napoleon ice cream, has games planned and the baby chicks have all the kids in awe. So far the chicks are doing well and starting to get their feathers and lose their fluff. More eggs in the incubator. It's been a busy week but we got a lot accomplished. 🥰

Testing my sore throat, at urgent care today. Swab way down my throat, choking all the way. Tested positive, for strep yet once again, at the pharmacy getting antibiotics,for a whole 10 days. Over this nonsense i am,coughing everday.Oh strep strep throat, strep strep throat, please hurry and go away,I cant take this pain and hacking every day! 🤪
