Life hack for eggs
When you have an over abundance of eggs or they are going bad look at your recipes and see how many eggs it takes for each recipe. For example my brownie recipe calls for 4 eggs. Crack the eggs, freeze them ( can use ice cube trays if you want) and put them in a baggie (vacuumed sealed last longer). All you will need to do is unthaw the eggs for your recipes.
