OpenClaw hype is free money right now 😭 took 2 hours of my time.

A CEO of a big real estate firm here in Salt Lake City reached out and invited me to pitch custom OpenClaw setups to all his agents. I’m working on the pitch deck and script right now! Any tips?

It's pretty simple really but all that it's doing is receiving a web intake form via webhook and then doing 3 things: 1. Sending an imessage directly to the owner notifying them of the lead's request so they can have the info and their contact information immediately 2. then a 9 min wait for a "human" look and feel + gemini with a style prompt and then firing off an imessage 3. then after 12 min wait for another "human" look and feel to send a standard email welcoming them for their submission These are simple things, but it will greatly improve the speed to lead process that they so desperately need!

Just because you and me and everyone in our networks are learning about Claude Code and Cursor does not mean that 95% of the population is too. People still need help building their ideas and their dreams. You can be that person if you learn the tools of today. Heres the thing tho: what they are paying for is not the development, it is the understanding and knowledge of infrastructure and operations. when you understand the fundamentals of how an app works, all of the necessary pieces of the puzzle and how they all work together with security and privacy, you are golden. bc once you know this, you can prompt an AI to help you do it in record time! Would you be interested in learning this kind of thing as well?

Just like Tanner says, if you do a good job, your customers will want to repeat buy. Networking is everything in this business.
