What’s up guys, I’m Carson. I’m mainly into strength and aesthetics. I started calisthenics in January 2025. I’ve been lifting for a while, but lately I’ve been getting more into calisthenics, body control, and mobility. Excited to learn, improve, and train with everybody here. My current 90-day goal is 10 minutes of daily wall handstand work and building up to a 30–60 second freestanding handstand. Outside the gym, I do tree work and I’m big into outdoors stuff like lifting, hiking, wood splitting, and building my business.
