Update on the Nad, Mots C and 5amino protocol. I gotta be honest I did this as a 5:2 protocol and I did not feel any different. Did this for 4 weeks and decided to stop. Is there a reason this did not affect me in any sort of way? I was hoping for it to- but it just didn’t give me anything. Looking to hear your thoughts @Tara West. Thank you!
