Dumbbell Lateral Lunge with 10lb weights I did 3 sets 18,18,18 4. Dumbbell Standing Calf Raises with 20lb weights I did 3 sets 25,25,25 5. Banded Dumbbell Goblet Squat with 10lb weights I did 4 sets 18,15,12,10 6. Dumbbell Frog Pump with 10lb weights I did 3 sets 20,20,20
