Hi, everyone, from Switzerland. I am so happy to be a part of this community, especially having already learned so much from Genesis. I am in getting ready for retirement and a return to the US after 22 years abroad and look forward to sharing along the way!

@Genesis Be , thanks for asking, Genesis! I really resonated with your mention to stop shrinking. I hang around with some smart, amazing, highly skilled speakers and I find myself pulling back because I think I won’t be as eloquent. I know it is not helpful to compare myself to them but I do and sometimes shut down.
