Not Sure What Merch To Make? Start Here.
This community is built around one simple question: What do you want merch to help you do first to grow your business? ✅ Welcome new clients or members ✅ Get more referrals ✅ Bring past clients or buyers back ✅ Thank people after they buy ✅ Reward members or customers ✅ Make your brand more memorable ✅ Create something people can buy ✅ Something else Because merch does not start with: What should I put my logo on? It starts with: What should this product help people remember, use, do, share, or come back for? What do you want merch to help you do first? Drop your answer below. I’ll tell you what kind of branded product I’d consider first — and what I’d avoid.

Question: How long should we expect between deciding, designing and actually having the product ship out and/or in our hands? Thanks!
How Do You Help Your Clients After The Meeting Is Over?
Hope everyone had a FABulous holiday weekend! Quick question for anyone who teaches, coaches, consults, facilitates, trains, or builds customer experiences: What is the thing your clients understand in the room but do not always use later? In the moment, everyone gets it. Then real work starts again and the idea starts drifting. Drop one thing your clients understand when you explain it but forget to use when they actually need it. And what would help them remember?

To stop coaxing a dog to do what they want. Just wait for the behavior and be patient 😊

it’s actually kind of funny - do less!!!
What's The One Product You Wish Existed for Your Clients?
Not what's in a catalog. Not what you've seen a hundred times. The product that would make your client's life easier, better, or just a little more connected to what you do together. The one nobody makes yet. What is it?

I love my new silicone treat pouches and they were very inexpensive - about $13 for 2. Might be great to brand. Not sure what else would be novel - maybe treat containers for other rooms. I keep them handy in various rooms of my house so training happens like recalls.
