I’ve been a part of IM family for the past 3 weeks and I can tell you it definitely does something. And I mean less physically but more mentally for me. I feel more emotionally stable and calm. Life has been hectic for me lately so I am glad that there is something to come back to. AND I got my own thing going on when going to gyms- I love it! Every time after class my body feels so open and light and I breathe easier. One of my lessons is to not push myself too hard but be gentle with myself.
