This has been helping me tremendously to stop the constant snacking and boredom eating. I mix 1 tablespoon of ACV "The Mother" with 8oz water and chug it like a shot lol then chase it down rinse my mouth, teeth and lips with another 8oz glass of water. Yuck I do this in morning after I wake up and then around lunch time I put psyllium husk powder (soluble fiber) in with my morning or mid-morning smoothie, with protein, collagen and creatine. It says that if you let it sit too long it gets thick and slimy, but I have not had that problem yet. You would be amazed how much it quiets the food noise!
