🌿 MONDAY REMINDER — JAW + RIB CONNECTION 🌿
A beautiful way to begin the week: Many people don’t realize that the jaw and ribs are connected through the breath, fascia, posture, and nervous system. When the ribs are tight… the breath gets smaller. When the breath gets smaller… the jaw often starts helping hold stress. 🌿 Intention for Today You do not need to carry the week in your jaw. You do not need to brace before anything has happened. You can begin with softness. 👇 Share what you noticed in your body.

I’ve noticed that I still clench my jaw and it gets tense, but since starting the jaw course, I feel like I’m having a new kind of conversation with it. I’m becoming more aware of the tension and learning to release it. It’s a process, but I feel like I’m moving with it now. It feels beautiful🤍
NOTICE THE BELLY
Today is about something very simple…and very revealing. Soften your belly. Not by forcing it. Not by pushing it out. Just by allowing it to not hold. Many of us are unconsciously tightening the belly all day. While walking. While working. While thinking. While being around others. It becomes a habit. A subtle form of protection. But the belly is directly connected to your breath. When the belly is tight:the diaphragm cannot move fullythe breath becomes shallowthe nervous system stays slightly activated So today, your practice is not to fix anything. It’s to notice. Throughout the day, ask yourself: Is my belly tight right now?Am I holding without realizing? What happens if I soften… just 10%? Then let the breath drop. No force. No performance. Just space. ✨ This is where change begins- in awareness. If you notice something interesting, surprising, or challenging…share it here or message me so I don’t miss it 🤍

Yesss!!
Tomorrow, April 7th, we begin our 1ST STEP CHALLENGE
We start with the most important step of all: NOTICE. This is where everything shifts. You’ll explore a simple, guided exercise each day — something you can do in your own time, at your own pace. We will meet live at 12:00 PM to begin together. If you can’t join, no worries at all — all videos will be released daily, and you’ll have access to the full 5-day challenge. Each day you will: 👉 Explore a new topic 👉 Practice a short exercise 👉 Journal to track your body’s responses This is not about doing more. This is about feeling more. Even 5–15 minutes a day is enough. Even 2 minutes is enough. Start small. Stay consistent. Observe what changes. Because when you begin to notice your body, you begin to change your body. I’m so excited to start this with you.

Go Outside Today ☀️
A small reminder for today: Go for a walk. Not for steps. Not for fitness. For your nervous system. When you walk in nature, something very important happens to the brain and body: 👉 Your eyes begin to look far away instead of at a screen → this relaxes the nervous system 👉 Your breathing naturally slows down 👉 Your jaw relaxes 👉 Your shoulders drop 👉 Your nervous system shifts from survival mode → regulation 👉 Walking rhythm helps regulate the brain and emotions 👉 Nature reduces cortisol (stress hormone) 👉 Bilateral movement (walking left/right) helps the brain process emotions and stress 👉 Your mind becomes quieter because the body is moving Walking is one of the most underrated nervous system regulation tools. Not intense exercise. Not pushing. Just walking, breathing, looking, noticing.
