Let’s talk about the Nervous System
🧠 Your Nervous System Might Be the Missing Piece If you’ve been doing “all the right things”… ✔️ Trying to eat healthier✔️ Taking supplements✔️ Exercising consistently✔️ Working on your mindset …but still feel exhausted, stuck, overwhelmed, or like your body just isn’t cooperating, it may not be a motivation problem. It may be a nervous system problem. Most people are trying to heal, lose weight, improve their energy, or create change while their body is still stuck in survival mode. When your nervous system doesn’t feel safe:⚡ Cortisol stays elevated⚡ Sleep suffers⚡ Cravings increase⚡ Fat loss becomes harder⚡ Your body holds onto stress and inflammation That’s why I created this 4-Phase Nervous System Reset Roadmap: 1️⃣ CLEAR – Identify what’s keeping you in survival mode 2️⃣ ALIGN – Support your body with nutrition, movement, and gut health 3️⃣ ACTIVATE – Build safety, resilience, and regulation in your body 4️⃣ ELEVATE – Create lasting change through identity work, community, and sustainable habits The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is helping your body remember that it’s safe. 👇 I’d love to hear from you: Which phase do you think you’re currently in? Or tell me one thing you’ve noticed lately that might be a sign your nervous system needs a little extra support. Remember: healing isn’t about pushing harder. Sometimes it’s about creating enough safety for your body to finally let go. 💜 WendyConfidently Nervous System Bluprint 👇 Humanhttps://drive.google.com/file/d/19icYF8SKvSizS4gIZjJJEPb22ag15MZA/view?usp=drivesdk

I’m in the stage 3- activate! Being a mom is testing my nervous system to the extreme right now but I’m building safe consistent regulation in my mind and body.
