I've had a great weekend doing some fun creative stuff after my chaotic week - it's been wonderful. 🌟What have you achieved this weekend? below is one of the things I created - I also started another cottage cloth set!

So today, I curled up with my book and read. Nothing else, just me, my book, and a little pocket of time where everything else could melt away. The noise faded, the demands disappeared, and I travelled to times and places that don’t exist, yet feel vivid and enthralling. Worlds that captivate your imagination so completely you forget, for a moment, that real life is waiting in the wings. But the real world was still there, and far sooner than I wanted, I had to close the book and step back into the day, into reality, carrying with me that little bit of magic even as the world rushed back in.

This weekend, let's make some time to do something creative that is just for our own enjoyment... Sometimes our creativity takes on a mission because we have an Etsy shop, a market stall, or a community we need to produce for. But what about creating just for enjoyment's sake? When was the last time you fully settled into a creative space just for you—simply because you love it? This weekend, who's in on the challenge to put themselves first and do something that fuels their creative fire? It might be taking yourself on a creative date like visiting an art exhibition, picking up some crochet or knitting, working on a paper craft, getting out those water colours that are collecting dust or finally finishing that journal you've been dreaming about!
