That Clary Sage saved the day
I had a tremendously busy 24 hour period that left me with only 4 hours of sleep. Family obligations, a deadline, traffic and a bunch of such stuff... I was soo stressed. I wanted coffee or some caffeine but I knew that would work against me long run. Then I thought about Clary Sage. I made a roller applied it and took it with me as I ran about. When I tell you that Clary Sage is the bomb diggity? I was hours into my day when it dawned on me that I was not tired. I was not stressed. I was not foggy (just the opposite - clear!) I reapplied it maybe three times during my day. And not only did I complete a task I'd been working on for weeks (coincidental? Hmm) I did it before bedtime! Now let me share a bit about Clary Sage if you're not too familiar... Its very name comes from the Latin clarus — or clear. For centuries it was called "clear eye," steeped like a tea and used to soothe tired, strained vision. Medieval healers wrote about it. German brewers once used it to flavor their wine when hops were scarce. It has been carried through kitchens, apothecaries, and quiet moments for generations. And always somehow tied to seeing more clearly. Thinking more clearly. Breathing easier. So when I say it cut through my fog yesterday? History already knew that it would. Some oils will give you a boost. Clary Sage will give you your center back. Win! Have you met Clary Sage yet? Care to share your busiest-day story below?
