Gillian's group really helped me to start on my raw food journey. It's a very positive, kind group and many people have had transformative life experiences through supporting one another and using Gillian's resources. Gillian is very present and accessible in the group. There are live calls, guest speakers and lots of inspiration. Shaamya's weekly faith call is great too. I have learned lots from others in the group who are at various stages of their raw journey and feel grateful for this group.

I highly recommend this group to anyone wanting to become healthier through eating more raw, living foods, especially if you are guided by faith too. It's great to join if you're at the start of your journey or more advanced. Amber's resources are honestly amazing, such high quality, covering many bases, compassionately focussed and very well thought out. Amber is so supportive, and the whole community is safe, kind and positive. The weekly support calls really help to top you up each week too.
