Hi
Hey you 💚 I just wanted to drop in and say I’m really glad you’re here. Even if it’s quiet in here right now, please know you’re seen, thought of, and appreciated. You mentioned some tension in your back, so here’s a tiny calm moment you can try if it feels good to you: Gentle Shoulder + Spine Reset 1. Sit or stand comfortably and let your arms hang loose. 2. Take a slow breath in and imagine your shoulders smiling back and down. 3. As you exhale, picture the weight of the day sliding down your back. 4. Do a slow shoulder roll, forward, up, back, and down: three times. 5. Then gently sway side to side like tall grass in a breeze. You might feel a little warmth, or even a sigh, that’s your body saying thank you. Breathe and let the movement remind you you’re safe in here, too. I’m really happy you’re part of this small but mighty corner of calm. 💚 Cassidy

Feel better soon 🧡
Hi, I'm Cassidy: The creator of Shift Happens 💚
I live in the middle of nowhere Ohio on a large piece of property with my husband, my best friend Iko (a loveable lab labrador), and 3 barn cats. I’m a former teacher who fell in love with the quiet power of hypnosis and nervous system work. I built this space for women who’ve done the inner work, but still crave calm that actually lasts. My happy moment this week was watching the sky change colors during my morning tea, it reminded me that peace is already here when I slow down enough to notice. One thing I’m gently shifting right now? Letting myself rest before I’ve “earned” it. Now it’s your turn, I’d love to know where you’re from, one happy moment from your week, and one small thing you’d like to shift.

I’m from Stourbridge in the West Midlands UK. My happy moment this week was similar to yours Cassidy, I woke up to the most beautiful sunrise. Something I’d love to shift is the pain in my upper back from too much tension.
