Gentle Shoulder + Spine Reset
  1. Sit or stand comfortably and let your arms hang loose.
  2. Take a slow breath in and imagine your shoulders smiling back and down.
  3. As you exhale, picture the weight of the day sliding down your back.
  4. Do a slow shoulder roll, forward, up, back, and down: three times.
  5. Then gently sway side to side like tall grass in a breeze.
You might feel a little warmth, or even a sigh, that’s your body saying thank you.
Breathe and let the movement remind you you’re safe in here, too.
