What used to work, works no more, need new answers at 60.
Hey, just joining here because I need some hope and new answers. I'm not ready to be "old" at a mere 60 yrs old! I've been athletic most of my life, softball, swimming, hiking, horse training/riding, etc. Through the many stages of my life, especially when having children (5 and two in heaven), I've lost 30lbs about 3x. My last great lasting success was following Trim Healthy Mama eating and was down to 128 (5'2") and feeling fit and healthy around 2021. Had some intense stress the last few years at work and have also gone through menopause. The weight piled on and my fitness is down the tubes. I've since quit my job and am focusing on health and recalibrating my body to whatever helps. Thanks for listening!
Thrive instead of Survive
Hi I'm Shauntee, I am here to learn more about my body and how to live optimally. I believe there is more to life than just surviving. I desire to thrive!

Same here! I'm not ready to be "old" at 60.
54 and in perimenopause
Hi all, I am in perimenopause (yes, I do still get my period every 4 months or so...😱). Last couple of years my weight keep on piling up. I do not seem to be able to get it off- FRUSTRATING! Apart from that I think I (so far) have had a quite smooth perimenopause-ride, compared to many other sisters out there. For me it makes sense with making extended labtests, looking forward to learn more in this program. I am from Sweden, by the way. 🇸🇪

Thyroid 50%, Cortisol 40%, Sex Hormone 10%, Gut and Insulin 0% but I have plenty of food sensitivities. The first two flop based on one question for which I could have answered almost any of the responses.
