Next Gathering: Fritta!
So in Italia a “fritta” is part pie, part quiche TUTTO DELIZIOSO🤌🏼 My Nonna would take “leftovers” from the fridge and create a completely new dish! Our next Cooking Gathering is Tuesday 12/2 at 6:30pm. This dish has very little prep and even if you move veryyyyy slow - molto molto lento, it will take no longer than 60 minutes. Ok vote on what you’re interested in making! Also, after chatting with @Nicole Collins and @Shelly Rose we came up with a “plan”. When I provide your shopping list, I will also give you instructions for your “prep work”. So you can do all of your chopping, etc in advance. We will still all cook together. If you would like to do your prep as a group, you will log on at an earlier time and anyone that did it in advance you can log on and wait or log on at a slightly later time. Looking forward to what you’d like to make and getting together soon!

Buongiorno! Come stai? (Good morning! How are you?) I’m checking in to see how everyone is doing! The Holidays are quickly approaching and we will be literally surrounded by food! How do you handle dinners, parties, family gatherings with lots of food choices-many not very healthy. 1- Are you a “taster” - saying “I’ll just have a bite” or 2- do you say,”it’s the holidays.
