Free time? Is there truly such a thing?
Suppose you had a totally free day, no obligations, and you had to stay home, how would you spend your day? Do I do something for myself or someone else? It's okay to do something for ourselves, we aren't used to thinking like that, are we?. I would probably spend part of my day in my sewing room and part of my day reading. What would you do with your free day?

@Chita Drinkard I like picking out the fabric and the piecing. I haven't mastered the quilting part and take mine to a long-arm quilter. I have sewed for many years and this is definitely quite different. What is your favorite part of the quilting process?
Where are you?
Tell us what part of the country from? Is it spring yet? Here in Michigan it’s crazy….one day 30 degrees the next 80.

I'm in Central Louisiana and we had a slight cool front come through this weekend and today our temperature is only 73. It's usually in the 80's this time of the year. It's been a beautiful day.
How do you.....
I have come to the conclusion as I try to sort out a morning routine, that it is ok if every morning isn't the same, the demands of each day are different, even though the priorities are the same. A morning routine may not be a one size fits all for each day. What do your mornings look like? Are they the same each day....or are you like me...A morning tweaker?

My mornings, now that I am retired, are pretty much like yours. Coffee and Bible Reading/prayer first thing in the mornings. I will usually do Bible Study in the evenings. Exercise was always in the mornings early when I was working but now that I'm home, it has become a struggle of getting it in. I seem to get busy and before I know it the day is gone. I like to do it early too and then anything else is just counted as extra.
