Happy New Year Sleep Family!
Lets take the opportunity to check in and make intentions for what we would like to create this year: What are you most proud of in 2025? What is a new awareness you've gained? How will you honor what you've learned into this coming year? What is 1 place of growth you are committed to this year? Lets share, inspire and support one another below:)

The biggest help to my sleep in 2025 is the realization that if my body doesn't feel safe, it won't allow me to sleep well. I'm thankful for the sessions I read through here that helped me to move towards feeling safe when I go to bed.
How CALM you are.........always
Daniel, I've been meaning to tell you.... your calm demeanor and calming voice is really great. It puts me in a calm mood when listening to you with either live sessions or the videos in the classroom. Thank you. It brings awareness to how I could be .... when I am in that mindset.

Yes! I agree. 😀
Self love module
I would encourage you all to listen to the self love module in the Emotional group of videos. And read the helps Daniel includes. I chose one of the questions to think about ("What is one thing you did well today") and realized as I thought of things in my day, I kept saying "no, not that" over and over. Wow. That was eye-opening. I never thought of myself as being so negative - maybe it's just towards myself? Something I'll work to change.
For the Moments That Feel Hopeless 💙
Sometimes, despite all the tools, the work, the progress we hit a moment where it just… feels like too much. Like nothing is changing. Like maybe healing isn’t for us. I know my version of these moments well. Years of trying to do everything I can to support my body and mind with no reprieve. If you’re there right now, I want to say this: You’re not doing anything wrong. These moments don’t mean you’ve failed. I believe they are part of the process, especially when we are healing something deep. Hopelessness is heavy. But what's so interesting is it often shows up right before something softens, , right before the part of you that’s been holding on finally lets go. In those moments, the most powerful thing you can do is stay with yourself. Soften. Surrender. Not to fix anything, but to remind that hurting part of you: I’m here. I’m not leaving. 🌿 You don’t need to be perfect. 🌿 You don’t need to “get it together.” 🌿 You just need to be met with compassion by yourself, or by someone who sees you. If you’re in a hard spot right now we see you. If you are open to it, share what you do in your moments of hopelessness?

Quite simply for me, prayer is where I find hope. I have experienced improvement in my sleep and am thankful!
Such an important share
Check out the imagine attached of @Ronald Rosato sharing one of his most important sleep tips. Thank you so much for sharing this and for leaning into the internal work. Well done Ron🙏
