I stopped waiting to feel motivated to do things. When I created systems and routines that I automatically do, so many things got better and easier. Like my skincare routine and managing my garden.

Podcast on Entrepreneurship and Self-Care
Yes Year continues! Matthew and I on his podcast discussed leadership, self-care, and entrepreneurship, and how important it is to have a support system. @Matthew Hill Being an entrepreneur can be a lonely journey, and having a community that supports you is important. School doesn’t train students to become entrepreneurs; it trains them to be workers. https://open.substack.com/pub/lailabelabbas/p/alignment-environment-and-self-care?r=77b6ca&utm_medium=ios What part of your entrepreneurial journey are you enjoying more than you expected?

I am enjoying the sense of community that I am developing with others who are on similar journeys.
Small Wins. Big Momentum.
Today's quote from my book: “Set up micro-commitments to outsmart sabotage. If you’ve been self-sabotaging by never completing your goals, break your goals into such small steps that your brain has no reason to resist.”Doing What You Know, Chapter 6, p. 102 Most people don’t fail because they can’t do big things. They fail because they won’t do small things consistently. Self-sabotage doesn’t usually show up as dramatic failure. It shows up as “I’ll start tomorrow.” It shows up as “I need a little more time.” It shows up as “Let me think about it.” Micro-commitments are how you fight back. Not “write a book.” Write 100 words. Not “transform my health.” Walk for 10 minutes. Not “build my business.” Create one post today. Momentum isn’t built in leaps. It’s built in inches. Inside this community, that’s what we reward. Action. Not perfection. So here’s today’s question: 👉 What’s one micro-commitment you will complete in the next 24 hours? Drop it below. Then do it. That’s how we move from knowing… to doing.
Small Wins. Big Momentum.
