I’ve survived 3 days of intermittent fasting. I usually get migraines when I don’t eat, but it hasn’t been as bad as I was expecting. 😬

If you're just joining, be sure to introduce yourself! 👋 I’m Michael. Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee. I spent 7 years in New York City, then made my way back to Tennessee during the pandemic. I’ve been training for over 14 years now, so at this point it’s just part of who I am. My favorite dessert is donuts 🍩 Glad to have all of you here. Let’s keep building this thing 💪
