shibafa-movement-academy-2010

I have been studying ShiBaFa since late winter of 2025, the practice has been a mainstay of my physical maintenance since starting with them. Marc's theoretical understanding of Chinese medical theory helps to underline the why of the practice, he has been excellent in parting his knowledge and application as it pertains to the ShiBaFa practice. Tied in with Simon's straightforward explanation of movements, movement theory, and deep practice provides a rare opportunity to learn from them.
