Gym exercises
Hey guys, I recently started to go to to gym in addition to the volleyball training. My main goal is to work on some back problems where I have a specific workout for, but in addition to that I would like to do some volleyball related workouts as well. Do you have any exercises that you can recommend to me? I would like to improve my jump height as well as my spiking strength

To jump higher I recommend that you look for exercises on plyometrics

When you receive the ball, your arms must be fully extended with your hands pointing down to extend your forearm.

What you could do is think positively and think that your worry is not important and you should see failure as something positive since this way you will learn from it so that next time you do not commit it.
How can I improve my jump?
On my team I am one of those who jump the least since I am not very tall and I want to change this to be able to improve and reach my best version of volleyball.

Hi!! My name is Carlos, I m from Spain and I m 13 years old. I started in voley because my friend started play this and he want someone to play with him and this happened about a year ago. When I started, I didn't like anything about it but as I got better I started to enjoy it and Today it is one of the things I like the most.
