How to get better
When I bump should my arms be fully extended or bent

As far as I know you should have your arms straight. You need a flat surface to get a clean bump. If you have problems with the direction make sure that your arms are parallel and no arm is "higher" then the other. If possible you should also look straight to the direction the ball is coming from. You can then control the direction after the bump with your shoulders. I hope that was understandable and helpful
Using the block/prevent being used
Hey all, I have slightly more advanced questions regarding blocking. If you look at higher level volleyball, people are really good at using the block to achieve block outs or touches to get points. Do you have any tips how to get block outs? So far my solution was to hit harder, but that isn't really a good solution 😅 And since I am mainly playing mb I am also happy to get some tips on how not be used as a blocker. I would assume that the main focus is how you angle your arms/hands while blocking.
frozen shoulder
excuse me, previously I felt pain in my shoulder for quite a long time, is there any suggestion on how to treat it?, it's quite annoying when I play volleyball, thank you

If it is muscular, you could try to work with heat, however if it is due to an inflammation that would have a negative influence. I would also recommend to try proper warm up for your shoulders like armswings, superman's etc. and if the problems continue visit a doctor.
Gym exercises
Hey guys, I recently started to go to to gym in addition to the volleyball training. My main goal is to work on some back problems where I have a specific workout for, but in addition to that I would like to do some volleyball related workouts as well. Do you have any exercises that you can recommend to me? I would like to improve my jump height as well as my spiking strength
Hey everyone
My name is Morten, I am 26 years old and from Germany. I have been playing for almost 3 years now and so far primarily for fun, but I want to start playing competitive soon. I got into volleyball by haikyuu but got addicted immediately. My biggest strength is my height (190cm) and my block, while my weaknesses are digs and especially diving. I want to improve my jumping and fix that the smaller people I play with, have the same spiking/blocking height as me. I would like to become more consistent and further improve my skills to then play tournaments.
