I haven’t meal prepped in sooo long I can’t even say when ! But I’m such a picky eater that it’s hard !! Picker than the pickiest!! 😂😂😂But I’m finally at the stage where I really want to buckle down on my Diet‼️‼️ I use to be so focused on Getting a flat stomach, and was able to manage a consistent workout life style ! But I didn’t have a consistent healthy eating routine!!! So I feel like I know I’m at Level 2 now because My perspective have shifted!! I know if I focus more on a consistent Healthy eating lifestyle then the flat stomach will naturally come !! And Look I’m no perfect human !!😂😂 I might mess up after I write this post !! But I also might not !!🧐🧐lol but the goal is to STICK TO THE MF PLAN 🤪‼️💃🏽I even meal prepped my fruits for snacks lol that way I’m not lazy trying to make a fruit bowl and choose a quick unhealthy snack! Because having kids I’m naturally around all the temptation and I will definitely give in !!! So everything is already prepped and ready, I’m just hoping that I can keep the momentum going !! Wooosahhhhhh don’t eat the cookies , woooosahhh don’t eat the cake , whooosaahhhhh that banana pudding and yams look good AF!!!
