Had to source some last minute clothes for a wedding I wasn't sure I'd be able to get time off for. Self critique- I could've done a little bit better on the shirt sizing, collar was a little loose, maybe 3-4 fingers but my options for slim-fit were limited. I think maybe hemming the pants a little would get a better break, but the heels weren't dragging at least. I think the jacket sleeves were a little long, I wasn't getting the shirt sleeves out consistently. I'm also unsure on the shoulder width and armholes but it's off the rack. Seemed a little funny wearing shirt stays to keep the shirt down, and suspenders to keep the pants up, but everything stayed in place even when helping setup decorations high and low. The suspenders slipped out periodically, maybe I needed to clip them closer to midline.

In the last 4 months, I have lost 30lbs and 6in off of my waist, going from a tight 42 to a loose 38. My hair/beard style and care is better, and not only do I have a new wardrobe due to lose of weight, but it is of a much higher caliber of style. I have gotten many compliments from family and even my bosses at work on my improved dress habits. Many thanks to all of you in the RMRS community for the inspiration and readily available style tips. It is all greatly appreciated. Edit: I have lost 30lbs, not 3lbs.

It's a cold today so I got out this old vintage leather flying jacket that about 30 years old that I got earlier this year as I've always liked the look of them. I weared it to go shopping and i felt like lots of people were taking a second look as I went by, Maybe it was just because it's not your normal modern jacket or I'm still a bit self conscious about what I wear? The jacket is from River Island and it's real leather with fake fur lining it looks like it's had a hard life before I got it, the shoes are Lee Cooper. Thanks

Cool days the boots come out. Grabbed my Lucchese smooth ostrich and a green Orvis field watch to go with my old HUGE lapeled sport-coat CT basket weave blue oxford shirt and British khaki slacks. And a 1982 RL regimental tie. Have a great day fellas

Hi I've got a question about this old leather jacket and I'm not sure about the style and how to dress it up. It's heavy thick leather and it comfortable but is it just to old and out dated?? Thanks
