age 42 I currently have to take medication “if you’d like to know what exactly I’ll DM you” and if like to get off that medication that I’ve been on for the last two years. I’m currently pre menopausal on HRT however I still have trouble with my mind racing at night and insomnia. I wake up throughout the night and find it hard to go back to sleep. I never feel rested! I’ve been thinking about Dsip for awhile now but haven’t pulled the trigger.
Selank with depression
I actually have severe depression which over the years have regulated somewhat well however I know I’m about I’m going into another depression season and I’m hoping to get some feedback on people who have had depression and how the Selank helps with that or if maybe there might be a better peptide in regards to that.
