Give Yourself Credit Girl!
I had someone tell me recently that I don’t give myself enough credit. It wasn’t said in a bad way at all… it was honestly out of love. It kind of stopped me for a second because she was right. I didn’t come on here to act like I’ve got it all figured out but I do think this is something a lot of us struggle with. That constant mindset of “am I doing enough?” can be really draining. Even when you are doing a lot… it still doesn’t feel like enough in your own head. That’s exactly where I’ve been at lately. Pushing myself and trying to show up… but not really stopping to acknowledge it. Just immediately moving on to the next thing. I’m realizing that mindset can be a blessing and a curse. It can drive you, but it can also make you feel like you’re always behind. So I’m I told myself I’m going to work on this. On actually giving myself credit. On not brushing past what I’m doing just because there’s more I want to do. You should join me on this :) and if you have delt with this before and overcome it please we need all your advice!!! Both things can be true you can want more and still be proud of where you’re at and we should work on getting to that point!

SPRING RESET CHALLENGE WINNERRR ✨
It’s May 1st and we have our Spring Reset Challenge WINNER… 🎉 @Savannah Bushman She showed up every single day! With a whopping 76 points!!! Checked in. Posted her progress. Put in the work. This is what consistency looks like. This is grit. This is fortitude. Savannah is new to the group and didn’t ease her way in… she went ALL IN. Her focus was getting her steps in, and she showed up even on the days she didn’t feel like it… and that right there is what being rooted in your why looks like. What I love even more is that she didn’t just show up for herself. She showed up for others too. From going on walks with her boyfriend’s mom, to sharing what she’s doing outside the group… her garden, to being real about what she’s been struggling with… she brought life into this community and that’s what this is all about. Savannah, I am so proud of you. Seriously. 🤍 And to everyone who finished this challenge don’t brush past that!!! 30 days of showing up is something most people won’t do!!! Now tell me… who’s ready for the next 30 day challenge!?

Day 30 - CELEBRATION 🎊
It’s the LAST day of the Spring Reset… let’s gooo!!! You just did something most people won’t do!!! You showed up for 30 days straight. That’s not small. That’s discipline, that’s commitment, and that’s YOU proving to yourself what you’re capable of. I am so proud of every single one of you who stuck with it and stayed consistent. Seriously… take a second and let that sink in. Reflect on it. Be proud of it. You earned that. ALSO… we’re not done! We might take a short little breather, but we’re not losing momentum. This is just the beginning. We’re building on this, going deeper, and rising from there. Next challenge details are coming SO soon!!! We are building on this :) For now… celebrate!!! Do something you love this weekend. Get outside, enjoy the weather, move your body. Don’t drop the habit you just put in the work to build because this isn’t something you finished… it’s something you’re rooted in! You’re not just someone who did 30 days of work you’re someone who continues to put in the work! Now I want to hear it!!! What’s your biggest win from this challenge… and what’s next for you? Day 29- REFLECTION ✨
It’s kinda crazy when you actually stop and think about where you were 29 days ago. Not just physically… but mentally too. The habits. The discipline. The way you talk to yourself.The things you used to make excuses for that you don’t anymore. You didn’t just “do a challenge”…you showed yourself what you’re capable of when you actually follow through. I know for a lot of you (myself included) there were days you didn’t feel like it. Days you questioned it. Days you wondered if you were doing enough. As the days went by you kept going anyway and that matters more than anything!!! I am so proud you all and so excited to do this along side you guys! What’s been your biggest transformation so far?
