Hello! New to the community, and I live in SLC, Utah! I currently own 2 long term rentals (that I would eventually like to convert into MTRs) 2 mid term rentals, and my wife and I house hack where we live. With the 2 MTRs that we already have, I have only ever listed and gotten bookings on Airbnb and Furnished Finder and while that has done well for me I am excited to learn more about connecting with insurance companies and diving deeper into the business! Excited to be here and to learn! Is anyone else here in Utah?
