Hey family 💛 Hope everyone is having a great Friday and heading into a beautiful and restful weekend. Just wanted to give you a heads up that we have two live sessions lined up this weekend. Saturday at 2pm EST Coach @Sarah Sadd is back with her usual Saturday session. Make sure you show up and show her some love. Sunday at 2pm EST Coach @Adrienne Donato is back and hosting her first session from her new home. She will be touching on hypnosis and confidence and how to love the skin you're in. Really looking forward to this one. Also wanted to take a moment to apologise for last week's somatic healing session not going ahead as planned.
