This week I had a track meet and ran the 4x800 with someone to sub in since our normal anchor got injured. I got a 38.8 in the triple jump and I ran the 800 after a year with a 2:26 and now aiming for a sub 2:20. Yesterday, I did some circuit training with my team and prepping for the conference meet coming next week.
