Actors Wisdom for Wednesday!
If we pray for the “rain” which are the big roles, the recognition, the breakthrough then we also have to accept the “mud”: rejection, tough auditions, criticism, long periods of waiting, and hard graft. The messy, uncomfortable parts of the journey aren’t signs we're failing, they’re proof we're in the process. Trust the process like Denzel did.

Not sure if this correct, but maybe you might come off as energetic conservative/Intellectual. I’m sure @Guy Allon would be happy to share his thoughts

Actors Wisdom for Wednesdays!
When Brian Cox says 'The best actors are children, and children don't do research. You never see a child going, 'I'm wondering about my motivation here. How can I do this toy? How can I do this train? I don't feel train.' He's actually saying that acting, at its core, is simply play and imagination. Children are naturally great at this because when they play with a toy train or pretend to be someone else, they fully believe in the moment without overthinking motivation or technique. His point is that many actors overanalyse their performances, while the best acting often comes from spontaneity, instinct, and a willingness to pretend freely just like a child playing a game.

I've been researching the performances of Mads Mikkelson and it seems he focuses more on Behavior to emotion rather than Emotion to performance.

Mads Mikkelsen seems to focus more on action, stillnes and listening not emotional display.
