David, I really like the “Admin Tax” angle it makes the problem tangible instead of just telling coaches they need better systems. I’m curious: as you grow this community, how are you planning to guide a new member from identifying their admin bottleneck to actually implementing the right system inside the community?

@David R I we probably start with onboarding, because it touches so many of the other areas you mentioned. What you’ve mapped out is actually a strong member journey already the opportunity I see is turning those 5 steps into a really simple path inside the community, so a member always knows what to do next instead of just consuming resources. For example: identify the admin tax → choose one bottleneck → follow a guided walkthrough → implement → report the result → move to the next bottleneck. Since the community is still new, you could build that around the actual problems members are bringing in rather than trying to create everything upfront. That would also give you a really clear framework for your Classroom and weekly discussions. I’d be interested to hear how you’re currently structuring the Classroom around that journey.
