What are you guys charging? This is my third year, but the first year I’ve had a team and done decent numbers. I used to think people who charged $8+ a foot were foolish. Now I’m calculating $8/foot to put us at about 18% profit. Feel like we need to be charging $10. What do you guys charge?

My close rate has been absolutely awful this year. We create mockup designs with JollyLights and edit background with Gemini and call back within about 20 minutes. Sometimes they dont even look at the mockups while on phone. Most the time we get ghosted after sending the mockups. I'm planning to have my VA, Dan, take the inbound calls, prequalify them, then schedule for me to come to their home for IRL estimate 30 minutes from time of call, and show his mockups. I really am needing to turn this thing around in the 1-2 weeks. What are your thoughts?

Who does the Santa visits?

I am throwing so much money at marketing and I want to turn it off before we burn money. When do you guys notice fb ads and stuff tend to start being a waste with the lights? I want to kill them as soon as necessary

I want to know what your pricing is and what revenue you are doing. I’ve consistently been at $5-$7 a foot and we are doing about 60k in lights. I’m realizing we are not profiting at all from the lights. It’s clear I need to go up. I want to know what the more experienced guys are doing.
