My 3 house job got approved about $8k - 9k+ per house - this will be interesting

Just met with a home owner/business owner - he is paying for 3 houses to be done - 2 houses want the works and basically no budget and 1 house is roofline and couple of palm trees - i’ll submit the proposals in the next 24 hours and then we’ll see what happens

Had a guy that was going to start his 2 day contract today update me and let me know he found a full time job that wasn’t seasonal - bummer I have another guy starting on Monday - hopefully that one pans out - this is a new arena I’m dealing with haha
