✨ One of the Biggest Things My Spirit Guides Have Taught Me
One of the biggest shifts in my own spiritual development came when I stopped expecting my guides to always feel like someone standing beside me. Of course, there are moments when their presence feels incredibly close. Sometimes I can feel their personality, their energy, and the unique way they communicate. But I’ve also learned that this isn’t how they work all the time. More often than not, my guides seem to communicate through me rather than to me. They show up as an idea I hadn’t considered. A sudden sense of clarity. An image that flashes into my mind. A feeling to call someone. An inner knowing that quietly says, “This is the way.” For a long time, I thought these moments didn’t “count” because they weren’t dramatic enough. Now I’ve realized these gentle moments are often some of the clearest communication I receive. If you’re developing your intuition, don’t overlook the subtle experiences. Spirit doesn’t always need to be loud to be unmistakable. I’d love to know… Have you ever had an idea, a feeling, or a moment of knowing that later turned out to be exactly the guidance you needed?

Ancestors having a laugh
Over the weekend my knee started hurting. It progressed to the point that I could barely walk on it or sleep well. I went to an ortho to have things checked out and the PA pulls up my X-rays and says "it's arthritis. Does arthritis run in your family?" I laughed and then told him that my mother (70) has needed a knee replacement for about 10 years now and her mother called arthritis "ole Arthur" and had knee issues until she died at 94. Later that day, I look at the shirt I had grabbed from the drawer that morning and said "now....y'all are just being funny." And I know my grandmother would have just laughed 😂😂.

Feeling this retrograde
My past is creeping up on me, and the short fuse I used to have is bubbling to the surface!

@Drew Cohen the universe is basically forcing a slowdown in the communication lane and sitting back for you to handle it!

New Birth 7/2/2026
Thought it would be interesting to discuss when we decided to be born. The date, time, place etc. it shapes who and our purpose in life. We get the fun figuring it all out! Welcome my newest great niece Lina! Her story has been a high risk pregnancy starting off my niece was hospitalized after 14th week or so for a month then released at home rest. Many dr visits later for close check ups. Brittany was 35 weeks (due early August) on Sunday and her dr appointment said okay to travel. Niece took that ok to drive yes drive from IL-FL. Well she delivered a baby girl yesterday. My takeaway Lina wanted to be a water sign Cancer like her older sister Liliana, who’s birthday is today 7/3, and her “favorite” great aunt (me) has birthday on 7/5. What are you discovering about the date, time and place you were born?

What a precious little baby. happy birthday to you all.
When your necklace says I am out!
My labradorite necklace has fallen off two different chains now. I’m wondering how others interpret repeated jewelry loss do you see it as energetic, symbolic, or just physical coincidence?
