I’m not totally sure what this is telling me…can anyone help me to understand? I asked what do I need to know today? I wrote down: #1 I’m at a crossroads and need to make a decision (about what I don’t know). #2 there is going to be a major upheaval (no matter what I choose or in general?). #3 beware of of a backstabber (no idea who this would be since I’m not sure what I’m deciding).

New in the Classroom: Sitting in the Power 🕯️ There is a practice that sits at the heart of almost every serious mediumship development program in the world. It has been taught in development circles for over a century. And it is one of the simplest things you will ever be asked to do. You are not trying to receive a message. You are not trying to see or hear or sense anything specific. You are simply sitting in the presence of Spirit and letting yourself become familiar with what that feels like. 🌫️ That is it. That is the whole practice. And yet it changes everything. I have just added a guided Sitting in the Power meditation to the classroom. 🎧 It is a little over 20 minutes long, built around the grounding method we use here in The Sanctuary, and designed to be returned to again and again. Not just once. The students who develop most consistently are rarely the most naturally gifted.
